Get stronger, fitter and happier!
The wellbeing of others has always been of great importance to me. Over the years I have realised that coaching individuals exclusively on their professional creative growth was not enough. I now approach growth holistically, using strength and conditioning training as a tool to aid positive mental and physical health.
In 2020, whilst a Senior Tutor at the Royal College of Art, I began delivering online strength training exercise classes to support the wellbeing to the RCA Textiles community during the anxiety of the COVID-19 lockdowns.
In 2021, I founded BOSH Fitness and now offer personal training and group classes to a wider community. My mission is to make strength training accessible, inspire people to move regularly and ultimately improve the lives of others.
